Muay Thai - Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport. It is based on kicking and punching, knees and elbow strikes. As an affiliate of the world-famous Bang Muay Thai, we specifically train in Dutch Style Kickboxing developed from a mix of Muay Thai, boxing, and Karate. Muay Thai is practiced for self-defense, fitness, or as a contact sport. The class involves pad work, sparring, partner training and conditioning.
Brazilian Jiujitsu - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and self-defense system based on ground fighting. It focuses on the skill of grappling, escaping against holds, controlling your opponent, and using a number of techniques to achieve a submission. This is a co-ed class for men and women ages 12 and up. The class includes technique training as well as live wrestling.
No Gi Brazilian Jiujitsu – This class practices the same techniques as Brazilian Jiujitsu, but the traditional Gi uniform is not worn. Instead, students will wear attire like shorts, t shirt or rash guard. This is a co-ed class for men and women ages 12 and up. The class includes technique training as well as live wrestling.
Personal Training - Choose from our team of experienced and passionate coaches then book your time. We have flexible schedules and pride ourselves on providing challenging, educational workouts. We assess your goals and adjust our approach based on each individual's needs. Each instructor has specialties including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Boxing, or Kettlebell training.
